PR Devotion to Flames

Bael summoning up yet another dragon spirit to whoop up on some poor unfortunate evil-doers. As if that sword of his wasn't enough to deal with. I really was losing patience with this drawing after awhile I think its evident in the stippling will do better in the digital colored version another day.
